Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. This processing time includes order verification, production, quality checks, and packaging. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–8 business days after shipment.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 weeks after shipment.

International Orders & Customs

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Delays & Pre-Order Items

Certain limited releases, made-to-order items, or pre-order products may require additional processing time. When applicable, extended timelines will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
